I collaborated with Dr. Professor Michal Skruzny from the laboratories at the Max Planck Institute in Marburg, Germany, to develop a scientifically accurate 3D model of FRET-based protein proximity mapping. This groundbreaking work, completed in 2018, represented a pioneering advancement in the field of Molecular Biology. It was subsequently published in the "EMBOpress" Molecular Systems Biology magazine in 2020.
